If the sky conditions on October 18 are not optimal, the event will be automatically rescheduled to October 19.

Frequently asked questions

What if the weather is bad?

We will closely monitor conditions. The primary date is 18 October. If weather is not suitable, the event will move to 19 October. By signing up, you agree to be available on both nights. If both dates are not possible, we will issue a full refund.

While we can’t control the weather, our team uses multiple forecasting sources and cross-checks conditions before making any decisions. Please note that clear skies are not guaranteed, as clouds may still appear.

Will hotel or accommodation be provided?

No. This is a one-n sight event only. You are welcome to book your own accommodation nearby if needed.

Will car and transport be provided?

Yes, transportation is included from a central meeting point (not door-to-door). However, for groups of 5 or more, we can arrange direct pickup from your accommodation.

Will food be provided?

Yes, a nutritious catered dinner and light snacks are included. If you are vegetarian or vegan, please let us know in advance.

What should I bring or wear?

We recommend warm clothes, as nights in Mount Batur can get chilly. Feel free to bring your own blanket. Blanket rentals are also available on the spot. Don’t forget your water bottle.

Is this event kid-friendly?

Yes. Kids can join, but parents should supervise them around telescopes, jeeps, and the campfire. Children under 4 years old join for free. Kids aged 5–8 years old receive a 20% discount. Children 9 years and above pay the full price.

Do I need prior astronomy knowledge?

Not at all. Our team will guide you through telescope use and explain everything in simple, fun ways.

How many people will join the event?

Group sizes are limited to ensure everyone gets time at each telescope and station.

I have filled in the form, what’s the next step?

Our team will contact you with payment details. Once your payment is received, your ticket is confirmed. We’ll then add you to the event group chat 3 days before the event for final updates and instructions.

Can I get a discount?

Yes! If you arrange your own roundtrip transport to Kintamani, you’ll get IDR 150k off per person. Groups of 5 or more also receive a special price. Contact us for details.

Can I arrange my own transport?

Yes. By arranging your own transport, you’ll receive IDR 150k off the original price, making it IDR 825k per person without transport.
