What if the weather is bad?

Our sessions rely on clear skies. We carefully cross-check multiple forecasts and visibility tools before making a call. If we have to cancel due to poor visibility, we’ll provide a full refund or help you reschedule. Please note that clear skies are not guaranteed, as clouds may still appear.

What if it suddenly gets cloudy during the session?

Clouds sometimes come and go as it’s part of nature’s rhythm. If the sky closes up mid-session, we’ll switch to alternative astronomy activities and storytelling. Refunds aren’t provided in this case, but the experience continues in its own way.

What should I bring or wear?

Just yourself, an open mind, and good vibes. Wear something comfortable, and if you’re joining the Astronomer’s Package at Mount Batur, bring warm layers for the cool mountain air.

Is this event kid-friendly?

Yes! Children are welcome. Our team is trained to engage kids and make stargazing fun, but we do ask parents to supervise at all times.

Do I need prior astronomy knowledge?

Not at all. Our team will guide you through telescope use and explain everything in simple, fun ways.
